Ive was with NTL for broadband since 2003. nevr had a problem.
In May this year Virgin decided to close my account for no reason. I phoned up and after hours talking to people I was told it was done in error and would be back in 7 days.
After 5 days everything was back but I was not able to access my email anymore at Ntlworld as i was told the username didn't exist. Ive contacted Virgin twice and they say they will get back to me but they haven't.
Yesterday I found my internet was down again so phoned Virgin this morning to ask what was wrong. This time the reason was they cancelled my Direct Debit payment for no reason, and without sending me any info on this they suspended my account due to failure to make payment. Ive got it all set up again now after being on the phone for a while and refusing to pay a late payment fee as it was them who cancelled my payment.
Virgin are starting to drive me nuts, can anyone give me advise on the best way or department to contact about my email?
