Yes mate, I have seen both the 19" WS and the 19" SD and I can vouch for both types, and it was one of the choices before I got this one.

All I would say before you buy, and this goes for all TFT displays not only the cheaper end of the market is ask the retailer what their policy is on dead\stuck on pixels.

Although in relative terms TFT displays are reasonably new the technology has come on leaps and bounds and IMO there is no real excuse for dodgy pixels.

I was even told this by a major retailer as they exchanged a TFT for me with 1 pixel switched off right in the centre of the screen.
