Have installed a netgearDG8348G wireless router and ever since the speed has been on low or very low. Had someone in to fix it, but speed improved for a couple of days and now it is abismal. Tried to contact Netgear, but their on line support is too technical for me. Any help in non technical terms would be so gratefully received, otherwise I will go back to the modem - it was far quicker.
