My email account appears to have been closed!

I think the muppets who have messed up by billing have closed my email account down. They they were billing me twice for my broadband and now after resolving that spookily my email has died. I cannot connect to my email and I am getting the following message when redirecting email:

PERM_FAILURE: SMTP Error (state 13): 550 Invalid recipient

Is there an easy way to get customer services/technical to reinstate my account?!
