I'm looking at the same thing too - currently I'm using Doppler to get them and I'm suing Synctoy to copy them over/delete them.

Any better solutions out there?

Also I'm looking for feeds to subscribe to - I'm looking for into rather than music. Something like the Register would be good. Anyone any suggestions?
