PAC Code would enable me to move my Number off T-Mobile & onto another network I guess? Can I then use my Phone Number to sign up to a NEW deal on T-Mobile via Dial-a-Phone (or any 3rd Party?) or only use PAC to switch Networks?

Is "Three" any good? I dont know anyone (family/friends) who use it.
