That happened to me too, prompting me to think that I had simply been installed someone else's old kit. I complained within a month and ensured they put in a new box too. (my box actually had some old programmes recorded on it but they insisted thats during testing). I made sure I got a different box installed (altho it could still be a 2nd hand one etc)
