In Warrington it sometimes takes several attempts to get it to work, or trying different routes (instead of selecting drama selecting a-z works, sometimes paging doesn't work, but scrolling to the bottom of the list and then down again does).
I've just put this down to one of those things - technology never works properly all the time. I work with web sites where code gremlins come in overnight and change things
