V+ gets the from me, I think it is fab and wouldn't be without it. The upscaling is great and I do not watch any other tv source now. The channel changing is slow but easily overcome by using the tv guide and browsing the channels instead of channel hopping - so much so that I do not use the channel +/- buttons.
