Having once been scammed by an ADSL company that had a heavy involvement with Telefonica I raise my right arm, clench my right fist and shout "Justice".
In reality Telefonica will likely just find a way to pass on the cost of the fine to it's customers.
It is encouraging that someone is at last starting to look at the questionable practices used by some communications companies to gain an advantage over their competitors and to mislead their customers.
