I've been having this problem on/off for the last few weeks... the weekend before last was terrible (sites not appearing, loading slowly, continually having to refresh to get success.. etc) then early last week it suddenly got better before degrading again over the week. Weekend just gone, the internet has been *unusable* it's been so slow. If we had a BT line, I'd have gone onto dialup for a reprieve - it's THAT bad. Loading
www.virginmedia.com can take up to 2-3 minutes to load in full, and even then it may/may not have broken images.
Yet strangely I can get into an online game (city of heroes) just fine.... and downloading something from rapidshare, whilst it takes a while to actually 'connect' to the file (up to a couple of mins).. the download comes through at the full speed??
