Assuming you want to disconnect the computers to disconnect them from the Internet, you can set access controls in a lot of the newer Linksys routers that allow you to control which computers are allowed to access the Internet.

You could always set a rule up on that (either timed, or just turn it on/off at will) that prevents access to the Internet from all machines.

Can't think of a mechanism to disconnect from the router itself though. Thinking about it, this might be problematic if the computer controlling the router was also disconnected.....
