Yes, Rob is right... you can't have both routers plugged into the cable modem. However, you can use the 2nd router as a hub or a switch (rather than as a router).

Alternatively, have you considered setting up VLANs on your router, and having the Slingbox in a separate VLAN to the PCs? That should work too, and means you don't need to add any additional hardware.
