They tried the mixed social/private in Epsom. I feel for the privately owned people.
My friend payed £275,000 for his house, to his left he has gypsies and to his right he has Portuguese. Its a nightmare for him, he now cant sell so is stuck there. This scenario has been repeated all over the "estate".
