Although this is murder, and murder is murder, it does say that the beating could have been from 'as little' as 2 people, lets not jump on the mob thing, or are we gonna be as guilty as 'the mob'
And no, I'm not saying that this is a lesser crime, or isn't as brutal, it's just not been proved to be a huge bloodfest of a mob.
