Linksys and a few other groups were bought out by Cisco to hit the "home market" as there 800 series routers were still far to expensive for the normal consumer, they are NOT cisco quality. I have been using linksys routers due to availability the last couple of months and yes the features are great but not the reliability. If you are going wireless or wired then i would go for Netgear. yes i have come accross problems but not like i have with the others. Wireless or wired netgear all the way. Dont get me wrong if i could afford Cisco kit i would use cisco kit and anyone that is CCNA or above would appreciate it but not all of us have money to burn! I have a Netgear switch and router they are the best i have had.
