The FTP logs should show the quota. Unfortunately, when using NTL it shows
"226 Quotas off" It's been like this for over 4 years, so don't exepect any change until we get Virginmedia webspace. I know it will be the same servers just renamed, but you can always be hopeful 
Why don't you just right-click your folders in your webspace, it shows the number of files, and more importantly the size of each folder. E.g if you have a folder called audio that may say 10MB, images 15 MB etc.
A pen and calculator are also useful
