Turn the jar upside down, holding it in 1 hand, & slap it hard on the bottom of the jar with the other hand, then try opening it.
I've been thinking of getting 1 of these Powerballs, specifically the Signature Edition, as it comes with a wrist strap & 3 pull cords. What I'm wondering though is do you still get the lifetime guarantee if you get it from Play.com instead of direct from the manufacturer?
