No, meant the WAN LED. This light indicates whether a live device (in our case, a modem) is plugged into the WAN port (which the outside connection to the internet passes through). The connected/internet LED (according to the manual I have here) indicates whether connection is established to the internet. Besides, each of these only have one colour LED in them so neither don't suggest more than one connection speed is detetcable.
