Well yes, this I know - but you need to update your records, or at least flag that the wrong address is listed. Oh no. So I went into a branch. Same story. They took the card to destroy it but couldn't do anything. It beggars belief. An opportunity to prevent possible fraud and they're not interested World's gone mad.
