Not sure if that's the correct term

I cancelled Bulldog last month and it's due to be cut off sometime on the 17th
But, I want to actually get them to remove their equipment from the exchange before that, or give up ownership of the line, because BT claim they can't touch it, until bulldog has up and moved

So can I request they remove it, before the official expiry date?
