Stuart, I think the OP just informed us that he does download pirate stuff - re the " i download for evaluation"; is that like shoplifting stuff to see if you like the look of it, then going back to the shop and buying it?  And what happens if he doesn't like it - he doesn't buy the original, but he has still downloaded copyrighted material.
