The phone should add nothing, the filter next to nothing.
Can't give you specifics as I can only talk from experience where swapping a cheapo filter for a quality one took a dB of attenuation off, so I'm not going to speculate too much but effect
should be minimal as they are there to attenuate the telco frequencies on one port and the DSL ones on another.
