Absolutely, and after 2 million years do you think its going to be easy to stamp out? Hell no! But the powers that be keep throwing different races in together and bang on about living in harmony!!!
The fairly intelligent ones tolerate each other, even get on, but the majority stick to there own. This increases mistrust on both sides. When will the do-gooders admit racial harmony aint gonna happen for a few 100 years yet, and stop forcing it on people.

3rd: Some parts of large towns are majority Indian/Pakistani/West Indian (Delete as Necessary).
If you, as white person live there your perception will be differant to, say someone who lives in a nice white area, say Kent
