I like the Google style, simple design. Works well considering what the site is aimed at and also that other sites offering such services are messy, confusing and over-designed (rapidshare for example).

How often is it used? Bandwidth and file space are two big concerns in maintaining websites and your going to need bucketloads of stuff. Would you be ready to pay for all that and would the google ads pay for it? How long do you keep the files for? Do you have the ability to support the site if it became popular all of a sudden?

Its not too bad, I dont think you need two pages though. You have your links to the left, and then a photo to the right but not much content under it. On page 2 you have the reverse, nothing on left and content on right. Why not move the content on page 2 and put it to the right of the links on page 1?

Good first effort though, The Important thing is learning HTML and you seem to have done that Looking at it, you could move onto learning HTML + CSS. You have enough of the HTML needed so all you would need to learn is how to style it with CSS. Also means you dont have to bother with tables and other such formatting HTML code which isnt used much anymore.
