Mine is back working as from Saturday.
However, despite what news says, there seem to have been two faults. When I phoned bank help line at first, girl read from an information sheet saying that access fault was limited to certain ISPs, Virgin being one of them and I should contact them. When I phoned Virgin (second attempt at understanding) I was told that Virgin knew of this problem and their technicians were working on it. Incidentally, my sister living in same area, could access her RBS online banking when I couldn't, using her BT ISP connection.
