lol i just phoned virgin to cancel the phone and was speaking to a robot in India and after 10 minutes he told me he cant cancel as my name was not on the bill. I explained to him that i am on the account and have a password but he just said " is there anything else you would like today " i then lost it and asked him to put me through to retentions but after holding for 10 minutes i gave up so i think i will call again @ 3pm when the Mrs gets home. The trouble is i just know they are going to offer me 3 for £30 with unlimited uk calls

does anyone have the direct number for retentions / cancellations
