To get your 20MB or so m8 you will need to hard wire the router to your pc.
You will be pushed trying to get past 9-10 mb when wireless, on any router that is.

As far as your download speeds are concerned check your ip then go into your router then into firewall then DMZ settings.

Enter the last of your ip in the box and apply it.

This will set your computer outside the NAT settings and allow you to download at your max.

As i mentioned set your comp outside the NAT firewall setting and see if that helps any.
