Anyone know if NTL: Business's service is any more reliable than NTL: Home's? They offer a 750k broadband package for the same price (ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£24.99 ) but with a service guarantee - six hour fix or compo I believe. I'm thinking of switching (cos too much hassle to get a BT line back in, though believe me I'm tempted). The compo element suggests to me NTL: Business servers may be more robust and/or the engineers more incentivised!
