Some areas will never get digital! Parts of Scotland are out of reach of satellite and digital terrestrial - and clearly not in reach of cable.

But that's not many people. 98% of the country is covered by Digital Satellite (with a 60 or 80cm dish) and 75% of the country is covered by Digital Terrestrial, which is ever increasing and will increase further when analogue is turned off.

It's not so much of a worry - most people will be able to get DTT and nearly everybody can already get Digital Satellite.
