Trying to get myself into the 21st centuary here and with the abundance of podcasts I was wondering what route I take to capture relevant podcasts and dump to a mobile device ready for the daily commute. (My mobile devices consist of a PDA, iriver, PSP)

Or do I have to write something to capture the RSS feed, look for new files and decide if they need converting before transfering over to a mobile device.

This thing should me made easy like when I remember using avantgo years back.
