And just where do you get this information from? And no that's not enough for me as you have not directed me to any threads that show a verified employee of VM informing customers of such practices.
What VM employees do out of work has nothing to do with the company. If your posting in work time, from work, then yes they have every right to dicipline you as such.
It would however have everything to do with the company if the employee divulged company sensitive information etc.
