The power stated there is fine.

Micah56, the only thing of even slight concern is the upstream and downstream power levels, the downstream is borderline as the max tolerated is usually -10. The upstream again is as if the modem is shouting to be heard. However your signal to noise ratio is good
Possible call to faults about it, but i wouldn't bother unless it's causing problems tbh.
