Then they had the cheek to try and charge me Ã‚Â£10 if the engineer comes on Monday between 4 and 7 and no one is in. I told him I wanted someone between 5 and 7.

I think I will wait until the engineer knocks my door and leave him waiting for 40 mins before answering the door
