Moving home, you wont get any deal with them. They make you sign up to a whole new 12 month contract and treat you like a new customer im afraid.

I phoned retentions a few months ago. told them I was looking around and saw I could save money with sky.. thats it.

she went away and offered me 10meg broadband and unlimited calls (so XL phone and net) for Ã‚Â£36 FOR LIFE! Bargain! Very happy VM customer here.
