Well when I say architecture, I mean both software and usability architecture. However systems architecture is virtually a complete rewrite and gets me - its a step in the right direction for microsoft (well actually the only way to go to keep up).

It even feels as if microsoft finally implemented real(ish) kernel level user and system modes.
