I would suggest if your looking to upgrade then simply get a 4000 for your current system, can get them for around Ã‚Â£43 (Microdirect) . This way you can wait till your 2gb ram becomes obsoliete and upgrade it all at once.

I have the stk939 and am rather enoyed with AMD for the way they phased it out for AM2.
