I am not going to say it's a pity Wigan stayed up but Dave Whelan is an @rse, why is he discussing details of court action publicly and if he must at least he could get the facts right, surely his lawyer must have told him details of the case, for a start he keeps on saying that Tevez is an illegal player, when it is in fact one paragraph amongst pages of his contract that is illegal and why is it that the old fool has started telling people that the league opened the transfer window for him to resign, surely he must know that an unattached player can be signed at anytime, pity if he didn't, Carlos could have been playing for Wigan

Yes, heard that same interview. If anything is going to happen it'll need to happen quickly but this morning apparently 6 clubs are considering pursuing action. Of course any action taken which involved a significant points deduction will be appealed by West Ham which will further delay matters.
