Unfortunately, it remains a boring grey. Not sure if it makes a difference but I am using a Windows Classic desktop and Windows XP Pro. I was hoping that the Windows Toolbar was customisable but I appear to be wrong. Have considered changing the whole Windows Colour scheme but have not tried it yet as I would prefer to just alter the toolbar rather than the whole desktop.
