Sorry mate, watch the ads on tv (the ones with Uma Thurmann), at the end it says "Broadband With No Limits".
To me this means, no caps/shaping/throttling, in fact no restrictions whatsoever!
A consumer should therefore be able to download as much as they want, at the speed they paid for, without being throttled by the shaping.
Yes, the downloading is unlimited, but the speed is..... that contradicts the "No Limits" bit in the advert!
