Yes, I'm sorry I meant to add that. If Virgin were REALLY as bad as people seem to make out (sounds like the Daily Mail - OUTRAGE, SCANDAL), why do you think the monthly churn is just 1.6%, and that there are 4.3 MILLION customers for the broadband? If it was so bad don't you think the customer numbers would be declining??
