For about 1 month after being upgraded from 4mb to 10mb (roll on 20mb) my speeds were no more then 4mb. Many phone calls to CS still no luck.

Today spoke to faults who was really good and after giving my modem details webstar EPC2100 hardware version 1, it appears version one does not support 10mb only 4mb. Version 2 is what I need.

So there you go.
