Second day for me - didnt bother ringing tech support as they get enough money off me and to be truthful as I found out last year they either don't know what the problem with the NTL/VM infrastructure is or they don't care! Also I don't need a lesson in networking or PCs as I have been doing it for many years, and mine work

I don't download anything apart from my AV updates, so all I require from VM is an internet connection that works so that I can play my game online.
And when it does not work perhaps they would have the decency to indicate this on their website or on a forum such as this!!
Not to much to ask - or is it?????
