1st 512K took 7204 ms = 71.1 KB/sec, approx 586 Kbps, 0.57 Mbps
2nd 512K took 15738 ms = 32.5 KB/sec, approx 268 Kbps, 0.26 Mbps
3rd 512K took 7939 ms = 64.5 KB/sec, approx 531 Kbps, 0.52 Mbps
4th 512K took 9190 ms = 55.7 KB/sec, approx 459 Kbps, 0.45 Mbps

Overall Average Speed = approx 461 Kbps, 0.45 Mbps
Well Im from Thornaby ( even though it says Middlesbrough lol ) which will be classed as the Stockton on if what you say is true and ive also been getting bad speeds.
