sucks I know, but you have to see this from VM's perspective, there is more money in Broadband than TV.

But upgrade to what?

20MB is currently only 2 quid more than 10MB, what incentive would there be for pushing up the speed of 4MB for the same money?

I'd leave it as it is, level entry, mid and "OMG should it be this fast?"
I've actually heard someone shout that after they speed checked their new FiOS install... 21Mb down, 2.5mb up at that point. They deafened me.
