Just gave them another call as I still haven’t received the upgrade
The 7 people I spoke to over the space of 5Days never issued the upgrade according to the women on the phone, Looks like I got through to a London call centre if there is one?? She issued the upgrade there an then and said it would be upgraded straight away, which hasn’t happened yet (25Mins after the call) ARRR!!! And I thought AOL was bad
