Hey, carrying on from my previous thread about the fact I was on 2Mb instead of 10Mb I gave customer services a phone last night and changed the package over, The bloke on the phone said it would be update straight away this hasnÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã¢â€žÂ¢t happened and its being nearly 12Hrs, I'm know as very inpatient

How long does the change from 2Mb to 10Mb Take???
