When I ordered the V+ CS arranged for an engineer to come the day before the V+ install and he set up a separate modem which he located next to the old STB. I understand that the modem they now install should deal with the proposed increase to 20mb.

The lowest BB is size M (2mb) which went up 1p to Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£18.00
