Hi all, Popper: as for username I used to have ntl BB and yes I just used the the first part of the email addy, I thought that VM might have changed things slighty and I was missing something small.
Zeph and Paul: Re: usage policy; All I could find was this subsection on webspace.

I think I've talked him round but this clause should swing it for me. To be fair this is more of a 'this is what I do give me a call website,' not a 'click here to buy this print site.'
Thanks guys for the heads up re usage.
I have tried to load a page up from my clients PC and lo' and behold it uploaded. I tried all the methods I had previously used on my workstation and all worked.
So there we have it non ntl'lers are blocked from uploading to an ntl webspace.
