Hey just have to say a big hello to all cableforum members
, being reading this forum now for a month or so to get some sort of Idea how Virgin Media will suit me, I decided to take the plunge and ordered the TV Package (M) and Broadband (XL) on the 11th this month, I got told the installation would take place on the 20th between 1-6 and to my shock they turned up this morning at 10.30am so nice and early
The install was perfect it literally only took 1hr to install the points, they had to dig a lot of grass up and cut through some tree routes to lay the cable and I must say they made an excellent Job of this, the point was installed on the inside of the house again this was perfect no mess etc, tbh I was shocked at how smooth everything had gone.
I've only got 1 problem
I am only receiving 2Mb instead of the 10Mb I ordered ? It was on offer @17.50 for the first 3mths, its kinda annoyingly slow coming from a 14Mbs Be* connection lol
Any suggestions before I phone the call enter up?
